Our Return,Exchange and Refund Policy is as follows:

“Return within 7 days” refers to the special after-sales service provided by the merchant (hereinafter referred to as “seller”) using the technical support and services provided by cocolly to the buyer, allowing the buyer to follow the rules and other publicity rules of COCOLLY. It has purchased specific products for return. Specifically, the calculation time is from 0:00 on the second day after the signing date, and 168 hours is 7 days. 
1. Return due to quality problems Goods, all postage must be borne by the seller, the reason for the quality of return within seven days is defined as damage or incompleteness of the goods. 
2. Return and exchange requirements for the complete packaging, accessories, tag, etc. When the goods are received, the purchased items are washed, vandalism or signage removal will not be returned; all scheduled or customized special size will not be returned.
3. Non-commodity quality problems return, the buyer should bear the return shipping.
4. You may return all products within 7 days of delivery for exchange or refund.
5.To initiate an exchange or a refund, visit your Order History page and our customer service will help process your request.
6.Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order. After we complete your refund, we will send you a message/Email. Please allow 7-15 days for your refund to appear.
7.When a gift card/Coupon/Credit (or any other free giveaway) is applicable to an order and if that order is refunded for any reason, the gift card (or any other free giveaway) used in that order cannot be refunded.
8.We cannot refund or be responsible for any fees not paid to us, such as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process.
9.You have to pay for the return shipping fee, unless a mistake is made by us.
